The available balls, each one with its number and corresponding color, are shown at the top of the screen. To combine numbers, just get balls with the same number and color to touch, any way you can. Once you've matched them, they join to create one ball with a higher number. So make sure to plan your drops carefully, or all you'll end up with loads of balls, and if they reach the top of the screen, you'll lose the game.
